Reasons To Buy VS Rent A Cosa Mesa Home

  1. Costa Mesa’s real estate prices are going up. Zillow estimates that the break-even point has already been reached in just 4.3 years, and the graph is spiralling upwards.
  2. No rent troubles, no landlord calling to put in restrictions, or decorate, redecorate the house with as many pictures or modular units as you please. There is a sense of ownership and accountability for your Costa Mesa home that comes in toward your community as a whole.
  3. The equity value is tremendous. You are not just paying money anymore; you are investing it to equity, which increases your net worth and builds up and keeps multiplying year on year.
  4. Too many variables to deal with when you rent – landlord may kick you out any time after sudden notice, an increase of rent or security deposit, plus the amount you own the house Is not just going into someone else’s pocket.
  5. The land is an appreciating asset. The longer you hold on to it, the better returns can you expect.
  6. Though after purchasing a home your finances may take a hit, but in the longer run it establishes your credibility. You won’t have to pay $2,600 a month all through your life – and in fact, rents can go up quicker. Once you do your monthly payments in time, you are only increasing your credit score to make it better.
